Welcome
Ishift™ – Innovation Shift.
There is an inherent conflict between running a business (status quo) and innovating (change).
Business owners need a split personality.
One personality needs to cut costs and control operations.
See the right hand in the picture – steady on the mouse.
The other personality needs to inspire innovation and creativity.
See the left hand in the picture – shifting into innovation mode.
Innovation frequently comes in increments that build on the experience of others. So, it is critical to stay up to date. That is much easier said than done!
Most business owners are just too busy to read all the books and articles about innovation and figure out what will work in their business or industry.
That’s where Ishift™ can help!
Learn from others and share what you’ve learned.
Ishift™ – Innovation Shift.
Innovation requires a mental shift. This is similar to the physical shifting of the gears in a car – downshift for uphill climbs – and into overdrive for when you are free to cruise. Mentally shifting gears is a learned skill – and the first step is awareness.

Since we learn best from stories and examples, this ebooklet is full of practical and transferable tips and examples. In a quick-read format, it summarizes key insights from many past, present and forward-thinking experts. To obtain a free copy, please click here Ishift Booklet.

Well, Jean has done it again--another brilliant, completely accessible publication. I can't wait to apply this to my business and share with other business owners, thanks Jean!

Great job on this ebook and I am hoping it will inspire some innovation in my own company. What I am seeing with many businesses is the use of social networking (blogs such as this one, wikis, and other online forums) to promote sharing, learning and innovation. Are there any legal issues businesses should be aware of as they embrace these new tools? Thanks!
